On Wednesday, September 17, “Dimano Kiev” football club played the starting match of Champion’s League with Arsenal from London. Match took place in Kiev at Lobanovskiy Stadium. Match ended with score 1:1 and all Dimano fans can now cherish hopes that their favourite team will end 3 year term of “no winning horror”.

Promoting the message “Don’t let AIDS to ruin your life!”, Queen just performed a free concert in Kharkiv’s historic Freedom Square on September 12 . The concert attracted more than 100,000 to Europe’s second-largest city-centre square.

Dynamo smashed Spartak AGAIN!!

FC Dynamo Kiev defeated former Soviet rivals FC Spartak Moskva 4-1 for the second time in two weeks to confirm their place in the UEFA Champions League group stage. 

Dynamo Kiev 4 - Spartak Moscow 1 (Agg. 8-2) (Champions League) Leading 4-1, Dynamo Kiev went about embarrassing Spartak Moscow by pulling further ahead in the tie with goals from Alexandr Aliyev and Ismael Bangoura in the first half. The Russians looked to restore some pride immediately after the restart as Dzuba pulled a goal back. But any fleeting hopes from Spartak were instantly quashed by Kiev, Milevsky turned home a free-kick just one minute later. And Milevsky added a beautiful fourth goal to humiliate their former Soviet brothers.

 We kinda saw it somewhere already ;-)
