Do I need a visa?
Ukraine sets visa free regime for citizens of the United States of America starting 1st July 2005, citizens of Canada and Japan starting 1st August 2005, citizens of the European Union countries (except Republic of Bulgaria and Romania), Swiss Confederation and Liechtenstein starting 1st September 2005, citizens of the Principality of Andorra, Vatican (The Holly See), the Principality of Monaco, the Republic of Iceland, the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of San Marino starting 1st January 2006.This regulation establishes visa-free regime of entry to Ukraine and transit through it territory for USA, Canada, Japan, EU (except Republic of Bulgaria and Romania), Swiss, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Vatican, Monaco, Iceland, Norway, San Marino passport holders who may stay in Ukraine up to 90 days.
What is the minimum group size?
All activities are calculated for group of minimum 6 people. We do work with smaller groups as well, but price for them is calculated upon request.
How do I book and pay for the trip?
You can book your journey directly on this web page. Afterwards we provide you with our bank account data and start planning your perfect week-end. We expect a deposit from you at the rate of 50% from the total amount, four weeks prior to your arrival. The remainder will be paid in cash upon your arrival to Kiev.
Do I need the exact number of people to book?
Certainly not. We understand this might not be possible and will only require an estimate number to make initial booking. However, we will need to know the exact number three weeks before the trip.
Is transport in Ukraine included?
Yes, airport transfers and transfers from and to all activities are included in our packages, unless you desire special transportation (limo, trabant, etc.).
Do I have to book the full package?
We are pretty flexible and will book just accommodations or activities for you. Just send us your request and we will do our best to fulfil it.
Can we add activities during weekend?
It’s possible, but availability is sometimes under question. That is why we strongly suggest pre-booking all activities.
What is the currency in Ukraine?
Ukrainian currency is Hrivna. The exchange rate is about 9 Hrivna to 1 pound sterling, and 7 Hrivna to 1 Euro. We will make sure you exchange using a good rate before you need spending money.
